Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Days

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed and shipped daily.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using the following carriers only:

• UPS

• USPS

Carrier selection depends on the shipping method chosen and destination.

Delivery Timeframes

Outside of peak periods (such as the Christmas season), orders are typically delivered within up to 5 business days after shipment.

Please note that during high-volume periods, including but not limited to:

• Christmas season

• Black Friday

• Cyber Monday

• Special promotions or events

delivery times may be longer due to increased carrier demand. These delays are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping on all orders over $69.90

• Flat Rate Shipping of $8 on orders under $69.90

The flat rate applies regardless of the number of items in the order.

Christmas Shipping Notice

For Christmas deliveries, please note the following:

At this time, delivery by Christmas can only be guaranteed if Express Shipping is selected.
All guaranteed Christmas Express shipments will be sent via UPS.

Standard shipping methods cannot be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas due to carrier volume and seasonal delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
