Grinch`s Revenge

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Whiskey (infused with Jalapeño and Cedarwood, or Cinnamon)
  • 1 oz. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
  • Egg white
  • Applewood chips


Method:

  1. Combine whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass with ice.
  3. Smoke the cocktail with applewood chips using a smoke top lid for 1-2 minutes.
